Annotation
The development of the coal industry within the framework of digital ecosystems requires determining the regularity of the functioning of industry enterprises in the context of the digital ecosystem. The creation of a business model of management in the implementation of the digital production program of the coal industry allows you to manage changes in business processes based on the patterns of the digital environment and the features dictated by integration entities in the production system and logistics system.The article presents a developed scheme of business process management patterns in the production and logistics systems of the digital ecosystem, presents approaches to ensuring the efficiency of coal enterprise management and changes in the value chain in the digital interaction of enterprises.
