Annotation

The paper deals with the development and implementation of a sectoral program for the development of a coal mining complex through a system of econometric modeling and statistical analysis. The presented analysis system includes the construction of multivariate models, consisting of seven evaluation stages. Special attention is paid to the issues of the influence of the elasticity coefficients on the predicted result, the formation of recommendations on the inclusion in the sectoral program of the study of the dependence of the domestic regional product and the volumes of production and sales of the coal mining industry. A separate area of ??research is the assessment of the relationship between the investment activity of the region and the process of clustering the industry through a system of parametric data and performance indicators.
