Abstract

A toolkit for selecting and justifying programs and strategies for the development of industrial enterprises of the mining industry based on a comprehensive audit of production and economic activities with the synthesis of design solutions to improve technical and economic efficiency is proposed. The methodological approach includes five iterations of algorithmic support for increasing the overall efficiency of the implementation of business processes of the organizational structure of the enterprise in the process of their interaction and integration with the formation of a synergistic effect. The content and specific content of each iteration is given, taking into account the production volume planning contour, the structural model of streaming data and the logical scheme of their interaction
