Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the mining doctrine of Russia. The scientific base on the problem of effective development of the Russian coal industry is highlighted. The main directions for the qualitative growth of the coal industry and possible ways of practical implementation of coal-energy and coal-chemical projects are identified.
