Abstract
The paper presents the practices of the development of social clusters in the system of regional economy on the example of the social network cluster "SOPKI" of the Murmansk region. Special attention is paid in the article to the issues of sectoral division of the regional social cluster under the tasks and directions of development of regional social policy [1]. The scientific significance of the formation and development of regional social clusters as an innovative tool for the implementation of strategic plans for the territorial development of the subjects of the Arctic zone is formulated.
