Abstract
This paper continues the series of publications dedicated to the topic of Russian digital products and technologies for integrated monitoring of industrial and environmental safety, optimisation and management of production processes at hazardous production facilities. It describes the purpose, objectives, architecture and principles of implementing the Integrated Industrial and Environmental Safety Monitoring Systems. Implementation of the Integrated Industrial and Environmental Safety Monitoring Systems at industrial companies that operate hazardous production facilities through a systems integrated approach to designing the Integrated Industrial and Environmental Safety Monitoring Systems and introduction of proactive risk management methods makes it possible to solve the tasks that are part of the country’s national strategic priorities.
