Abstract

In the process of coal refining, dumps are formed from the so-called “tailings”. When developing technological processes for extracting valuable components from them, experiments are carried out to understand the feasibility and effectiveness of the processes carried out. This article presents studies of the percolation leaching process in order to find optimal conditions for the extraction of valuable components. Namely, a reagent is selected that allows you to transfer the extracted valuable component into a productive solution, with which you can continue to work effectively. To conduct the experiment, the granular material obtained from the waste of the Berezovskaya Central Concentrating Plant was loaded into a glass column with a height of 500 mm and an inner diameter of 20 mm, the reagent was fed using a drip funnel (feed rate of 1 drop in ~ 32 seconds). It has been established that the best extraction occurs by leaching valuable components with a solution of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 0,1 M.
