Abstract

It has been established that integration of the human and machine intelligence is part of the neuro-digital ecosystem. The process of forming metacognitive interaction between humans and robots requires enhanced use of artificial and human intelligence. Designing technological processes with participation of industrial robots and cobots makes it possible to solve the challenge of manpower shortage, perform complex routine tasks and helps to reduce the workload on personnel, which contributes to the increase of overall organizational productivity. The authors propose to use a conceptual model of neuro-digital industrial ecosystem in the context of Industry 5.0, which meets the modern needs of the industry. The research justifies the prospects of integrating the neuro-digital and HR ecosystems, developing cyber-social meta-ecosystems, collaborative processes, strengthening the integration of the information technology, strategic initiatives and HR policy.
