Annotation
Legislative uncertainty in the implementation of the right to a pension, early insurance pension, additional payments to insurance pensions and many others creates problems in practice for people working in the coal and related industries. Often, conflict regulation in matters of pension and social security becomes an obstacle for citizens to exercise their rights and, as a result, do not popularize this profession for young people. The article examines the problems of applying the norms on additional payments to pensions to former workers of the coal industry, and suggests ways of solving them.
