Abstract
The procedure for the synthesis of a system of organizational-technological, organizational-technical and organizational-management solutions with the greatest synergistic effect within the framework of the selection and justification of the strategy for the development of mining enterprises is proposed. The paper uses the apparatus of fuzzy cognitive modeling and fuzzy cognitive maps of V.B. Silov based on relational representations that take into account the direct effects of concepts using elements of casual algebra. Fuzzy nine-level classifiers are given, which are formalized using fuzzy sets: - term sets are formed on the basis of expert assessments and the c-clustering method using scales with dynamic constraints (interval scaling). As the final results, the matrix of cognitive modeling of the development strategy of the enterprise for the production of crushed stone LLC "Lobscoe5" is presented.
