Abstract
The study provides a substantiation of prospects of mining operations environmental modernization while reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere by substantiating the parameters of a saturated solution for leaching geomaterial. It prevents the formation of harmful substances in contact with the ore body and sequesters CO2 in the surrounding rock mass as much as possible. The work results in establishing a logarithmic dependence of the CO2 solubility on the physical parameters of the solution, which is proposed to be discharged into an ore-hosting mass.
